Option 1 - 16 Week Training Plan / 4 Month Plan
16 week training plan includes 4 months of coaching during the 16 week plan
Your Cost:  $199 / month for 4 months = total of $796
Total Value: OVER $3000 or $750 / month


Option 2 - 23 Week Training Plan / 6 Month Plan
23 week training plan includes 6 months of coaching during the 23 week plan
Your Cost:  $199 / month for 6 months = total of $1194
Total Value: OVER $3300 or $550 / month


**The initial payment will be processed immediately upon you processing the purchase, and your subsequent payments (3 or 5) will be deducted in the next months on the date that you processed your initial payment.  Your annual membership and all benefits other than your coaching associated with you plan, will begin on the date of your initial purchase.  However, your coaching associated with your plan will be based on the dates you enter indicating when your race is scheduled and when you wish to start your plan (based on 16 or 23 weeks prior to your race).

NOTE: The coaching associated with this plan will NOT include any customizations to the training plan.  If you are looking for more customized service, you should look at upgrading to the VIP or Platinum one on one coaching starting at $275 month.

If so, you can go to this web site:  Calculate Plan Start Date
- Enter your RACE DATE where it says Start Date on the site.
- Select SUBTRACT from the drop down indicating Add or Subtract.
- Under Weeks, enter either 16 or 23, depending on which plan length you will be using, and leave Years, Months & Days blank
- Click on CALCULATE NEW DATE, and it will give you the date that you should start your training plan
